NSYSU Scholarship for International Students

Eligibility:

(1) Students who enrolled in Spring semester are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
      Students who enrolled in Fall semester are not elibible to apply for the scholarship. 

(2) Students holding a working ARC or possessing a full-time job on- or off-campus are not qualified to apply for the scholarships.

(3) GPA requirements:

• NSYSU Scholarship (Master & Ph.D. students):  Must have at least taken one course in the previous semester, possessed an yearly average of GPA 2.93 or above (75% in a percentage grading system) and kept no misconduct record. Students working on their thesis and not taking any courses must submit a thesis proposal and a recommendation letter from their advisor.
• Apply for NSYSU Scholarship (Undergraduates):  Must have completed a minimum of 9 course credits in the previous academic semester, possessed a yearly average of GPA 2.44 or above (70% in a percentage grading system) and kept no misconduct record.

(4) Undergraduates can apply for a maximum of four years, masters a maximum of two years while doctorates a maximum of four years.

Application Period:

Scholarship application for the 2016 Spring semester will open from 3 August to 27 August , 2015. 

The scholarship award period will start from 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017.
