Conditionally admitted students must mail or deliver the Admission Acceptance Form and required documents to the Office of International Affairs at Room 2001 of the Administration Building by 30 June 2013.

Conditionally admitted students who have not confirmed by deadline will be regarded as to forfeit their conditional admitted status.
