How to Apply
- Application form can ONLY be completed online and printed. Please visit http://oiasys.oia.nsysu.edu.tw/
- Please complete application procedure online, print and sign the following forms: (1) application form, (2) statutory declaration form, and (3) statement of declaration. The signed forms should either mail or deliver in person to the Office of International Affairs at Room 2001 of the Administration Building by February 28th, 2013.
The application package must be delivered in person or posted by express courier service (recommended for remote areas) to the following address by February 28th, 2013. Applications received after the deadline will not be processed. - Each applicant may apply for at most two undergraduate/graduate programs, and at most one group within one undergraduate/graduate program; when applying to two undergraduate/graduate programs, please submit an application package for each program and indicate your preference on the application for
